Chairman of the Board of the Company since May 1997. Mr. Loeffler has been Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May 1996 and was president of the Company from July 1987 to December 2007. Mr. Loeffler does not serve on the board of directors of any other public company. Mr. Loeffler has been an employee of the Company for approximately 35 years.
