Karen Bowman is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Convergys Corporation, a global leader in relationship management. Prior to her current appointment, Bowman was president of the Company’s HR Management (formerly Employee Care) line of business. Before joining Convergys, Bowman was associated with the Frost & Jacobs firm and the Varnum, Riddering, Schmidt & Howlett firm, where she concentrated on complex business reorganizations and business litigation. Bowman is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Michigan.
