David R Lovejoy

Prior to joining Greycourt, David was Vice Chairman at Mellon Bank Corporation, where he was responsible for corporate development and strategy. While a member of the Office of the Chairman at Mellon, David focused on all issues relating to the corporation's strategic direction, development and growth. He was accountable for determining and executing the organization's M&A strategy and the performance of a wide range of the corporation's businesses. Prior to joining Mellon, David was the Vice Chairman of Security Pacific Corporation. David holds a BS degree and an MBA degree from the University of Southern California. He is currently a director of First Internet Bank of Indiana, has served as a director of the Los Angeles Branch of the 12th District Federal Reserve Bank, and was a director of Phelps Dodge Corporation. David is also a past chairman of the Board of Family House.
