Diane M Irvine

Diane Irvine has served on our board of directors since November 2011. Ms. Irvine served as Chief Executive Officer of Blue Nile, Inc., an online retailer of diamonds and fine jewelry, from February 2008 to November 2011 and as President from February 2007 to November 2011. Ms. Irvine also served as a director of Blue Nile from May 2001 to November 2011, and she served as Chief Financial Officer of Blue Nile from December 1999 to September 2007. From February 1994 to May 1999, Ms. Irvine served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Plum Creek Timber Company, Inc., a timberland management and wood products company. From September 1981 to February 1994, Ms. Irvine served in various capacities, most recently as a partner, with Coopers and Lybrand LLP, an accounting firm. Ms. Irvine formerly served on the board of directors of Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc., a live entertainment ticketing and marketing company, from August 2008 to January 2010 and Davidson Companies, an investment banking and asset management company from January 1998 to January 2009. Ms. Irvine holds a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University and an M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
