Peter Y Chung

Mr. Chung has served as our director since March 2010. Mr. Chung is a managing director and member of various entities affiliated with Summit Partners, L.P., where he has been employed since 1994. He is currently a director of several privately-held companies and previously served as a director of iPayment, Inc., a payment processing company, NightHawk Radiology Holdings, Inc., a provider of teleradiology services, SeaBright Holdings, Inc., a specialty workers' compensation insurer, and Sirenza Microdevices, Inc., an RF components company. Mr. Chung holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
