David Arculus

Aged 65, is chairman of British bank Aldermore, non-executive chairman of Numis Corporation Plc, and a non-executive director of Telefonica SA. He was chairman of O2 plc from 2004 until it was acquired by Telefonica at the beginning of 2006.
