Renee Dabbs

Renee serves as The Victory Group, Inc.'s Chief Operating Officer, senior producer, and client coordinator. She directs and manages day-to-day operations; facilitates major client interface; and remains the firm's primary field producer for all VGI television, radio, and films. Her experience includes developing and organizing client timelines, budgets, project team members and stream-lined implementation strategies for complex campaigns and issues. Renee has worked on statewide and congressional campaigns for candidates, legislative issues, and ballot initiatives. Prior to joining The Victory Group, she led a $220 million business; started corporate, political and non-profit organizations from scratch; and served in senior management at Procter & Gamble for more than 15 years. Renee completed her undergraduate work at the University of Florida, and served in student leadership there. Today she continues in leadership roles, including Girl Scouts West Central Florida, Goodwill Industries, The Ophelia Project-Tampa Bay, and The University of Florida. Renee resides in Tampa with her husband, Brooks Dabbs, and their two daughters.
