Mr. Swanson has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May 2002. He first became Chairman of the Board in December 2002, surrendered that position in January 2006 in connection with the Dex Media merger, and was re-appointed Chairman once again in April 2006. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from December 2000 until May 2002.
