Responsible for identifying, pursuing and implementing real estate development projects for DALE Corporation, as well as providing development advisory services for external clients pursuing development opportunities. Duties include: developing project pro formas and financial feasibility analysis; securing site control; negotiating with community representatives, government officials and others to secure project approvals; assisting with the procurement of project financing; and providing overall project oversight through development completion. Anne joined the firm in 2000. Anne holds degrees from both Lehigh University and University of Pennsylvania. |
