Mr. Tracy R. Wolstencroft served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. since February 3, 2014. Mr. Wolstencroft was on Leave of Absence from April 3, 2017 to July 3, 2017. Mr. Wolstencroft served as the Managing Director and Head of Municipal Finance & Infrastructure Group for The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. since March 2006. He served as an Advisory Director to The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and Chairman of Clean Technology and Renewables business. He served at Goldman Sachs at until 2010 after a twenty-five year career. He served at Goldman Sachs Executive Office as Global Head of Environmental Markets and was responsible for the Goldman Sachs’s efforts to further market-based solutions to environmental challenges. He served as a Partner of Goldman Sachs from 1994 to 2010 and served on both the Firmwide Partnership Committee and the Investment Banking Operating Committee. During his career, he led a wide range of businesses in the United States and abroad, including Investment Banking Services, Latin America, Public Sector and Infrastructure Banking and Debt Capital Markets Origination. Mr. Wolstencroft served as the Head of Investment Banking in Japan, President of GS Singapore and a leader of the Goldman Sachs’s strategy in China from 1998 to 2002. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. since July 6, 2017. He has been Co-Chair of International Rescue Committee since February 10, 2016. He has been Vice Chairman of National Geographic Society since February 11, 2016. He has been a Director of International Rescue Committee since May 2015. He serves as Trustee of the National Geographic Society. He has been a Director of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. since February 6, 2014. He served as a Director of Oxford Analytica Ltd., the Brookings Institution and the Asia Society. He is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Wolstencroft has an AB from Bowdoin College.
