| Notes | RTT-ELC States have improved and aligned their early childhood data systems. Within the RTT-ELC framework, States are building and enhancing their early learning data systems. These are being used to improve instructional practices, services, and policies. States are enhancing their existing Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) or creating or enhancing an existing early learning data system and linking it to their SLDS. |
