Incubated and advised public foundation out of the governor's office that distributed over $40 million to promote an inclusive and equitable recovery from Hurricane Katrina.
• Facilitated creation and spin-off of only multi-state grassroots advocacy coalition, to promote equity in policies governing billions in federal recovery funds.
• Developed options to facilitate creation of $20 million pilot program supporting housing nonprofits.
• Authored white paper and facilitated interactions with senior White House officials to renew federal investment in New Orleans five years post-Katrina. |
