| Notes | In 2013 Mr. Smith was appointed by Queen Elizabeth II to the Order of St. John, an 11th century Order of Chivalry of the British Crown, and was promoted to the rank of Officer in 2018. In 2015 he was recognized as a Distinguished Friend of Oxford by the University of Oxford, and in 2016 he was elected President of the Association of American Rhodes Scholars, a position he continues to hold. |
