Cause Education
A community “cradle-to-career” network focused on the success of children from prenatal and early child development, to making sure teachers and schools have the resources and support they need to ensure each child’s educational success, to ensuring college or training, resulting in a productive career.
The partnership’s members include the Presidents of local universities and colleges, Superintendents of the public and parochial school districts, the heads of the Chamber of Commerce and other business groups, the CEO of the United Way and other non-profits as well as the leaders of local foundations and funders.
The approach is data-driven improvement on key metrics proven to be associated with success. The Cincinnati approach has been widely heralded and is being re-applied in communities across the country. |
