Mr. Morton H. Meyerson, also known as Mort, serves as the Founder of E2M Partners, LLC. Mr. Meyerson serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 2M Companies, Inc. He co-founded Research Now Group, Inc. He founded 2M Companies, Inc in 1997 and has been actively engaged in investment activities through 2M and its affiliates since 1985. He is Advisor of Food, Friends and Company. Mr. Meyerson's investment interests are diverse and have included financing, developing and managing real estate transactions, equity and debt financing for early-stage technology companies, restaurants and retail operations and trading public equities. Mr. Meyerson is responsible for the investment strategy of E2M Partners. Over the past two decades, he has actively invested in real estate and has spent over 26 years in the technology business. He served as Chairman of Americas and Director of Alsbridge, Inc. Previously, from June 1992 to September 1996 and from July 1997 to January 1998. Mr. Meyerson served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Perot Systems Corp. He served as the President at Electronic Data Systems. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at duPont Glore Forgan from 1971 to 1974. He served as Trust Manager of Crescent Real Estate Equities Company. He began his business career in 1963 at Bell Helicopter. In 1966, Mr. Meyerson joined Electronic Data Systems, Inc. as a Systems Engineer Trainee, ultimately becoming President and Vice Chairman and managing 45,000 employees. In 1984, he played a significant role in the sale of EDS to General Motors for $2.5 billion. Mr. Meyerson serves as a Director at Energy Services Company International, Inc., ChaCha Search, Inc., Food, Friends and Company and OptiMark US Equities, Inc. He serves as Member of Advisory Board at Broadview Capital Partner. Mr. Meyerson served as the Chairman of duPont Glore Forgan from 1971 to 1974. He served as Chairman of Altior Inc. He has been the Chairman of E2M Partners, LLC. He served as Chairman Emeritus of Altior Inc. From 1986 to 1992, Mr. Meyerson pursued private investment opportunities with Richard Rainwater. In 1992, at the request of Ross Perot, he re-joined Perot Systems Corporation as the Chief Executive Officer and retired again in 1998. He served as Chairman of Perot Systems Corporation and retired again in 1998. Mr. Meyerson also served as the Chairman of the Board at Perot Systems Corp from 1992 to 1997 and as the Vice Chairman of the Board at Electronic Data Systems from May 1986 to December 1986. He has been a Director of Ensco plc. since September 1987. He served as Director of Altior Inc. and Koll Development Company. He served as Chairman Emeritus of CebaTech Inc. He served as a Director of KDC LLC until January 31, 2017. Additionally, Mr. Meyerson was elected three times by the Wall Street Transcript as an outstanding Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he served as a Director at TeleTech Holdings Inc. since March 1998. Beginning in 1961, he served as an active duty officer in the U.S. Army with an occupational specialty involving automatic data processing. and from 1963 to 1969, Mr. Meyerson served in the active reserves. In May 2007, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences recognized him as a Fellow in the category of Business, Corporate and Philanthropic Leadership. He was a recipient of The University of Texas Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2005. Mr. Meyerson serves on the board of the Dallas Symphony Association. He chairs the Morton H. Meyerson Family Tzedakah Funds and is a Director at the National Parks Foundation. He served as the Vice Chairman of National Park Foundation, Chairman of Dallas Symphony Association New Building Committee, Chairman of Texas-National Research Laboratory Super Conducting Super Collider Project Commission, Member of Board of Governors of Hebrew Union College, Director of Japan Society USA, Director of Dallas Museum of Art, Director of Harry Ransom Center for Humanities Studies at The University of Texas at Austin and as Second Bass Singer at The Morris Beachy Singers and The Dallas Symphony Choru. He served as Director of Acme Capital Corporation since October 2012. He received a B.A. degree in Economics and Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin in 1961.
