Co-founded this nonprofit start-up (incubated within the Department of Urban Studies and Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology), developed and managed organization's design infrastructure for building the capacity of social change leaders to creatively and effectively address the intractable social problems that impede realization of their social justice goals. Work included leading a multidisciplinary collaboration with the Georgia Tech Emergent Game Group to design and implement a Big Urban Game promoting meaningful engagement between the 12,000 attendees of the 2007 United States Social Forum and the residents of its host city, Atlanta, GA.
