19/09/2008 - Codan Limited is very pleased to announce the appointment of Lieutenant General Peter Leahy to its Board, effective 19 September 2008.
Lieutenant General Peter Leahy, AC retired from the Army, as Chief of Army, in July 2008. During his 37 year career he served in a wide variety of command, training, research and strategic appointments in Australia and overseas.
26/10/2022 - Codan Limited announced that Peter Leahy notified the Codan board of his intent to retire as a Director of Codan and not stand for re-election effective from the close of the company's AGM held on 26 October 2022. Date that director ceased to be director is 26 October 2022. |
