An agreement between Seven Springs LLC and the nonprofit North American Land Trust was signed in December 2015, creating a conservation easement. A professional appraisal done at the time determined that Seven Springs was worth $56.5. The property was valued by local tax assessors at about $19.6 million in 2016. |
