Service Point UK was acquired by Paragon Group UK Ltd. The main trade and assets of the business have been acquired by Paragon, the print and document management specialist with manufacturing capabilities across the UK and Europe. The combined operation in the UK will build on the complementary strengths of the two organisations. Service Point brings extensive capabilities in document management, a strong London presence and localised production nationwide. Paragon has a strong manufacturing base with centralised fulfilment services and deep experience in delivering technology-driven solutions for clients. |
