OUR FOCUS AREAS
Workforce
Development
Filled with potential, intelligence, and drive, too many young people from underrepresented and underserved communities are overlooked. Together with our partners, we are working to ensure that this untapped talent can achieve economic prosperity, social mobility, and meaningful careers.
What we invest in
Early Career Exposure and Work-Based Learning: Providing high school students with the opportunity to explore career tracks, gain meaningful (often paid) work experience, build skills, and grow their networks.
Diverse Pathways to Employment: Connecting young people with professional and technical skills training; advancing access to internships, apprenticeships, and jobs that build strong career trajectories; and developing strong professional networks that support long-term career success.
Bridging Transitions Between College and Career: Ensuring that college students from underrepresented and underserved communities have access to the experiences, skills, and networks needed to secure strong first jobs post-graduation.
