| Notes | From LinkedIn: Over the past several years I have converted from a Petroluem Engineer to a Database Architect and Back-End Developer. I manage a dual database system which leverages a Neo4j Graph Database and MySQL Relational Database to serve thousand of users custom Video content with personalized recommendations. The databases underpin a PHP Framework (Laravel) which is utilized to structure and maintain the back-end of our site. I have wrapped both databases and laravel in a hybrid GraphQL Api which communicates with the REST endpoints in Laravel to create an agnostic structure and allow for flexible maintenance. I have also built an integrated event system which utilizes a queue pipeline to maintain user events without compromising load time. I have also led a series of interns and part time employees to develop the necessary content to keep the site growing. |
