Downtown River Apartments is built over a podium parking structure with three stories and a ground floor commercial space. Attractively situated adjacent to the Petaluma River in the City’s historic district, this building incorporates a river walk to allow residents and the community access to the riverfront. The architecture mimics vintage multistory buildings with its façade broken into what appear from the outside to be, individual buildings, complete with corner turrets.
