Joseph W. Joe is a Certified Financial Planner, Personal Financial Specialist, Chartered Financial Consultant, Registered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, and a registered principal of Jacques Financial, LLC (member FINRA/SIPC). Located in Rockville, Maryland, the firm offers financial planning through Jacques Advisors, LLC, and serves clients locally, nationally and worldwide. As a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner, Joseph Jacques has successfully met the tax planning, tax preparation and financial planning objectives of individuals and families since 1979. Recognized as both an expert financial advisor and income tax specialist, Joseph Jacques is consistently named in the leading financial periodical, Barron’s, as one of America’s top independent financial advisors.
