"The court found that the three men – Robert Sansone, Edmon Hanna and Guido Titton – all had a hand in operating the waste transfer site at 10525 Keele St.
The four companies were fined as follows and given 60 days to pay: 310 Waste was fined $500,000, and the others – Rail Cycle Inc., 2020780 Ontario Ltd. and 2020700 Ontario Inc. – were each fined $400,000.
Sansone, found to be "the key person" at 310 Waste, was fined $5,000. Hanna, found to be director of 310 Waste and the two numbered companies, was fined $5,000. Titton, manager for all the sites, was also fined $3,000." |
