For too many people, social economic barriers prevent them from obtaining the skills necessary to become workforce ready or succeed in school. The Dallas Center for Arts and Technology (DCAT) is based upon the powerful Manchester Bidwell Education Model that works to break the cycle of poverty across generations.
DCAT’s programming will officially launch in 2021.
