Susan is an alumnus of Intrinsik Architecture, Inc. where she gained extensive experience in the private sector focusing on site and neighborhood design, master planning, municipal and county entitlements, design review programs, feasibility studies and technical assistance grants.

and mixed-use projects (both subdivision and zoning)
