Responsible for the administration, coordination, research and implementation of policies and programs related to community housing in the City of Bozeman. Including budgeting and reporting, resource management, public education and engagement, and preparing and implementing related grant applications. Develops the City's affordable housing program, manages relationships with community partners, identifies and executes needed studies to enable the City to make informed decisions about the affordable housing program, and assists with urban renewal projects as they relate to community housing. Develops compliance procedures for local housing projects and funds, researches grant funding opportunities and assists with grant writing proposals. Develops and implements strategic plans for housing resources, including the Annual Action Plan, Comprehensive Housing Plan, and HUD Consolidated Plan. |
