Mr. Rosenstock was counsel to Congressman Tom Lantos (D-CA), the former chairman of the House Foreign Relations Committee and a senior member of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee. As a top advisor to Congressman Lantos, Mr. Rosenstock was responsible for dealing with a variety of legislative and policy issues, both international and domestic. During that time, Mr. Rosenstock gained extensive experience in all phases of the legislative process, including drafting legislation, committee hearings, mark-ups and congressional investigations. |
