| Notes | Mr. Maurer joined Lehman Brothers in October 2003 after spending thirty-three years at U.S. Trust where he retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Maurer joined U.S. Trust in 1970 and was named President of that company in early 1990 and Chief Operating Officer in December 1994. Upon the merger of U.S. Trust with the Charles Schwab Corporation in 2000 he joined Schwab's Executive Committee and Board and held those positions until January 2003. |
