"The St. Louis Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority (RSA) as of June 4 has spent nearly $3 million in tax money on the effort to build an NFL stadium on the Mississippi riverfront just north of downtown.
Since April 29, when the Business Journal initially revealed the scope of public money being spent on the project, the RSA has spent some $2.2 million, again on lawyers, consultants and stadium designers.
