Alan Forney

Alan Forney began his banking career in 1984 at Rainier Bank. After completing the 18 month Management Training Program, Alan joined the seafood commercial lending team, providing commercial and international loan products to middle market companies. Alan joined Commerce Bank in early 2006 after spending 6 years as a senior lender at US Bank’s commercial lending team in Bellevue. Alan received his BS in Economics at the University of Washington and his Masters in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University. Alan is currently on the Board of Rowing Stewards at the UW and is a director of the Washington Rowing Foundation. He has also spent time in the past with United Way, Junior Achievement, Big Brothers of King County and has served as Treasurer for various other non-profit organizations.
