Ramsey Lubbat

Mr. Ramsey Lubbat is the Vice President of Development of Xoom Corporation. He joined Xoom in 2006. He is responsible for software development and quality assurance. He came to Xoom from Inovis (formerly QRS), where he worked on Catalogue. Prior to Inovis, he was at iHance at the earliest stages of its existence. He was also Senior Software Engineer at Personify, a Web behavioral analysis company, and Software Engineer at Clear Communications, a telecom circuit management software company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University.
