Mr. Mitchell is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Judicial College. Mr. Mitchell recently was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Berks County YMCA and 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania.
