Mr. Sepulveda has served as a director since June 2007. Mr. Sepulveda has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Interstate Battery System International, Inc. ("Interstate Battery"), a seller of automotive and commercial batteries, since March 2004 and was its Executive Vice President from 1995 to 2004. Prior to joining Interstate Battery, he was with the accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick in Austin, New York and San Francisco for 11 years.
