Wally Wertsch

Prior to joining TSG, Wally was a partner in the tax practice of Deloitte, LLP where he specialized in the taxation of private equity, closely held businesses and partnerships. His background includes due diligence, investment structuring, tax planning and compliance projects for a variety of leading private equity firms, including TSG Consumer Partners since its inception. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis, an MBA in Accounting and an MB Taxation from the University of Southern California.
