Between 2000 and 2002, he served as the General Counsel of Jupiter Communications, Inc. and, following a merger with Media Metrix, Inc., as General Counsel of Jupiter Media Metrix, Inc. Prior to 2000, Alan served as a corporate lawyer at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP and Dechert LLP, specializing in the representation of public and private Internet and technology companies in corporate finance and M&A transactions. Alan received a BA from Columbia University and a JD from UCLA School of Law.
