Jeffrey Jacobs

Jeffrey Jacobs joined PJSC in 2010 and is a Managing Director in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Mr. Jacobs has more than 14 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions in consumer products, retail, health care, media, technology and communications. He has advised clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, public offerings and private placements. Recent clients have included American Greetings, London Stock Exchange Group, E.&J. Gallo Winery and Parlux Fragrances. Prior to joining PJSC, Mr. Jacobs served as a Principal in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Compass Advisers; and as a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions groups of Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking and Morgan Joseph & Co. Inc. Mr. Jacobs received his M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Communications from the University of Wisconsin
