A former President of the Colombian national oil company (Ecopetrol) as well as Minister and Senator of the Republic of Colombia, he has been President and Chief Executive Officer of polyvinyl chloride and polypropylene companies. Mr. Segovia is a Trustee of the University of the Andes and serves as an advisor to the Martindale Center of Lehigh University, where he served as a visiting professor.
