Mr. Lebda is President and Chief Operating Officer of IAC/InterActiveCorp and serves in the Office of the Chairman. Prior to assuming these duties in 2005, Mr. Lebda served as Chief Executive Officer of LendingTree, since September 1998. Prior to his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of LendingTree, Mr. Lebda served as Chairman of the Board and President of LendingTree from June 1996. Before founding LendingTree in June 1996, Mr. Lebda worked as an auditor and consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He received his BA in business administration from Bucknell University.
