Sullivan served as president and CEO of Splunk Inc. from 2008 to 2015, and chairman until 2019. Previously, he served in various executive roles, most recently president and CEO of Hyperion Solutions. He currently serves on the board of CrowdStrike Inc., a cybersecurity technology company.
