Douglas C. Eby has been a director since August 2007. Mr. Eby is chairman and CEO of Time Partners LLC, an investment advisory firm since 2004. Prior to that from April 1997 until September 2007, Mr. Eby was President of Torray LLC, a registered investment advisory firm, having joined Torray LLC in 1992. Mr. Eby is also a member of the Board of Directors of Markel Corporation, CBRE Realty Finance, Inc. and Suburban Healthcare System. Since July 2007, Mr. Eby is also the Chairman of the Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, D.C.
